Research About Dogs as Natural Bird Deterrents

Currently, there is little empirical research as to the efficacy of using trained dogs to harass birds at airports.  One reason that the Bird Chasers exists is to help generate additional substantive research focused upon natural bird deterrents.  Recently, bird flu has been indicated in dairy cows, which presents further research opportunities about the effectiveness of trained dogs at safely keeping birds away and creating a more symbiotic relationship with human beings.
